Helpful Information
Billing & Insurance
We aim to keep our billing process clear, simple, and transparent so families know exactly what to expect.
We currently accept the following insurance plans:
• Medicaid (Fee-For-Service)
• Absolute Total Care
• First Choice by Select Health
• Healthy Blue
• Molina Healthcare
• Humana
• BabyNet (Early Intervention)
(Additional plans may be added — please contact us to confirm current participation.)
If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we are happy to provide a detailed superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your individual plan.
We also offer private pay options for families who prefer not to use insurance or who do not have coverage for therapy services. Private pay allows for increased flexibility, no authorization delays, and a plan of care driven fully by your child’s needs rather than insurance limitations.
Before services begin, we review your benefits, explain any copays, deductibles, or session rates, and answer any billing questions you may have. Our goal is to make the financial side of therapy feel straightforward and manageable so you can focus on your child’s progress.
Referrals
We welcome referrals from pediatricians, specialists, schools, childcare providers, and other healthcare professionals. Families are also welcome to contact us directly if they have concerns about their child’s communication, feeding, or development.
A referral is often required by insurance before services can begin. This is simply a written order from your child’s physician recommending an evaluation and/or therapy. If you are unsure whether you need one, we are happy to guide you through the process and help you request the appropriate documentation.
Referrals are important because they support coordinated care. When providers communicate with one another, your child benefits from a more complete and connected plan. With your permission, we collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, teachers, early interventionists, and other members of your child’s team to ensure everyone is working toward shared goals.
If you are a provider referring a patient, we aim to make the process smooth and efficient. Once we receive the referral, we will contact the family directly to schedule the evaluation and begin next steps.
Our goal is to remove barriers and make access to therapy feel simple and supportive. If you have questions about referrals or next steps, we are here to help.
