Applicants must hold or be eligible for appropriate licensure and certification for their role (SLP, CF, or SLPA) in the state of South Carolina. Candidates should have a strong interest in working with pediatric populations and providing therapy in natural environments such as homes, daycares, and community settings.
Reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and professional documentation habits are required. Clinicians should be comfortable collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support each child’s individualized goals.
Preferred experience includes early intervention, speech and language therapy, and family-centered care. Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a compassionate approach when working with children and families

Provide individualized, child-centered therapy sessions in natural environments such as homes, daycares, and community settings. Implement treatment plans that support each child’s communication, feeding, and developmental goals while using engaging, functional activities.
Complete accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, care plans, and progress updates, in accordance with company and insurance requirements. Maintain professional communication with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
Collaborate with caregivers by providing education, strategies, and home recommendations to support carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions. Participate in team communication, supervision (if applicable), and ongoing professional development to maintain high-quality, ethical care.
Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a family-centered approach while representing the values and standards of Shout Eat Play in all interactions.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, credentials, and job title (SLP, CF, or SLPA). Rates are determined by clinical experience, areas of specialization, and level of independence.
